Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Throughline Studio (“we”, “us”) builds and fixes operational systems for businesses. For any privacy question, or to access, correct or delete your data, email us at adridas3003@gmail.com.

2. What we collect and why

When you use our contact form, booking calendar or fill in one of our checklists, we collect the details you enter such as your name, email, phone number, company, and your answers. We use them to reply to you, schedule calls and understand whether we can help your business. Submissions are added to our lead list and we may follow up via LinkedIn, Instagram or email with details of how we could solve a problem we’ve spotted in your business.

We may also contact business professionals using publicly available business information. If you’d rather not hear from us, tell us and we’ll stop.

We also automatically collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited) to keep the site working and understand how it’s used.

3. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or block them in your browser settings.

4. Who we share data with

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with tools we use to run our business: Hostinger (website hosting), WordPress, Calendly (bookings), Zoho (email), Notion (client portals) and analytics providers. These providers may process data on servers outside your country and we only use providers that apply reasonable security protections.

5. Client data and case studies

We work with client data only under a signed service agreement. Depending on the project, we either log into the client’s own systems with their permission or receive files from them. This data may include the client’s customers’ personal information which stays under the client’s control. For property work, this can include lease and tenant details such as names, contact information, ID documents and payment records.

Everything clients send us is stored in a private Notion portal that the client can view. When a project ends, we return or delete the data unless the client has signed a retainer with us or we are in discussions to do so. In that case we keep it until the outcome is clear.

Our case studies are anonymized and we never publish identifiable client or customer information without written consent.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and lead details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We protect data with reasonable safeguards such as access controls and trusted tools.

7. Updates

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
